Protein-brought treats are muscling into the confectionery class, but are those alternatives to traditional ice creams and chocolate bars ‘healthful’? FoodNavigator speaks with Mars Wrigley, Jim Buddy, and the British Nutrition Foundation. A growing wide variety of protein-wealthy treats are making their way onto retail cabinets.
